We are fully qualified with a QLD contractor license No. 65551.
Our Call Out Fee is only $40* in comparison with $80 - $130 charged by other businesses.
The $40 covers the van’s petrol and expenses to get to your home and includes the time spent to check your fridge or appliance and to diagnose the fault.
We will then give you an honest and detailed appraisal of the problem and the likely cost for parts and labour.
*Please see the list of suburbs in our service area which are currently limited to the central Gold Coast.
Our Labour Fee: We believe our labour fee is the lowest on the Gold Coast.
If after the diagnosis you decide you want to go ahead with the repair, then we only charge a fixed labour charge of $40 no matter how long it takes us to fix your appliance.
Many of our competitors charge $30 every 15 minutes!
Parts If Needed: 50% of the fridge repairs we perform do not require any parts to be replaced, but if a part is needed then you can be sure that we will get it cheaper than you can as we get special trade prices off the various fridge parts suppliers.
Our Work Guarantee: Unlike others who only give 6 months or 3 months or even 30 days warranty, we proudly give you a 12 months warranty on the parts and fitting for the job we perform. This is the same as for a newly bought appliance.
Friendly Same Day Service: We are friendly and on time, we also try to come on the very same day if we are called in the morning otherwise your job will be done the next day.
